Due to the increases in production costs across the food-production industry, we have made the decision to increase our order minimum and delivery fees. Please understand these changes are necessary to continue to provide our services throughout New Mexico. Customers can expect these changes to effect starting the week of October 2nd, 2022.
Our order minimum will be $40.00 for all home delivery and pick-up orders.
*Please note that the pricing update will affect orders placed for this fulfillment week regardless of whether the order is part of an ongoing subscription or was entered at an earlier point in time.
To check your order's eligibility for delivery, navigate to SkarsgardFarms.com and log in to view your shopping cart. A notification message in your basket will let you know whether you’ve met the order minimum.
At Skarsgard Farms, we pride ourselves on ensuring everyone who comes to our table has a seat. That's why we make your membership as affordable as possible!
There are absolutely NO upfront membership fees, share costs, contracts, or commitments, and no strings attached. Besides a Delivery Fee should you opt for deliveries, there are never any additional fees. The Delivery Fee directly provides you with the highest level of service and quality possible!
That said, the following are some possible fees or costs that may be associated with your orders that you should be aware of.
Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum amount to receive an order from us is $40, not including discounts or the delivery fee. Once the cut-off time has passed for your set delivery day, orders that are under the assigned route minimum will be deleted by our system. What you decide to order to reach that required minimum total is completely up to you!
To ensure you the best service and freshest products, we add a delivery fee for Home Delivery or a service fee for Pick-Up orders. We have the following fee structure:
Home Delivery orders between $40 and $99.99 will have a $9.95 delivery fee.
Home Delivery orders of $100 or more will have FREE delivery.
All Pick-Up orders will have a $4.95 service fee.
All our items come from trusted Certified Organic growers and local or regional producers of fine artisan and natural products. We take great pride in selecting partners who are exemplary stewards of the land and demonstrate this by growing or sourcing ingredients from local or regional farmers who use organic farming practices.
The majority of our foods, with the exception of some basic staples, are all sourced from producers in the Southwest region with a preference for New Mexico and Arizona-produced items. Our regional products will include a description of the producer so you can see exactly where your food came from!
All our produce is 100% Certified Organic, which means it is grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or ionizing radiation. Simply put, it comes directly from Mother Earth the way She intended.
Everything else we offer is sourced from producers who share our reverence for sustainable and renewable practices and emphasize this by; participating in animal welfare programs, using organic farming practices, and/or sourcing only organically grown local or regional ingredients to produce their foods.
Our Harvest Boxes are a weekly curated selection of seasonal produce items coming out of local and regional fields. Harvest Boxes primarily consist of organic produce, however, staple items like organic eggs, grass-fed/pasture-raised meats, local milk, and Chef-prepared foods or 15-minute meals will also be available for purchase. Like, regular CSA (community supported agriculture) programs, our selections update on a weekly basis. Unlike regular CSA's, it is completely up to you when you receive a harvest box. Our website features weekly and bi-weekly recurring schedules for delivery, or you may place orders as needed. Our CSA model is unique in that harvest boxes are completely customizable, so if you don't like the default items we've selected, you can easily swap them out for other foods you'll love.

If you are already a member with us it is super easy to send your friend or family member a gift certificate! Log in and click “Buy gift certificate” on the top of the webpage. Enter the receiver’s email address, delivery address, and desired amount, and voila! It will send the gift card electronically (check the spam folder if you can’t find it) and your friend or family member will be required to set up an account so they can use this gift certificate.
To get more information about our 15-minute meals click on the name of the meal and there are three different tabs you can select under the pictures that display: Description, Cooking Directions, and Ingredients.

As we have sourced the product, packed it, and sent it out to the pick-up location for you, your account will be billed the day before pick-up, even if you forgot to get your order. If you pick up from our Albuquerque Warehouse, contact us as soon as you realize you forgot your order within the order week, and we will hold onto your order until pick up. If you pick up your box from one of our third-party pick-up locations, please contact them directly to inquire if they still have your order. Some locations will hold orders overnight; some will not. Oftentimes your order will be donated if they no longer have it. If you can’t reach your pickup location, please contact us so we can try to get through to them.
Please note: All pick-up orders will still be billed even if it is forgotten or donated due to not being picked up in the scheduled window.
On the rare occasion that we miss packing something you ordered, or an item is more than just a little naturally blemished, we offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee! Please contact us to report if there’s something wrong with an item you received immediately. Please contact us within 72 hours to receive full credit. All you need to do is let us know what went wrong so we can make sure you receive appropriate credit for the item(s) on your Skarsgard Farms account.
We encourage all our members to take advantage of this guarantee any and every time something isn't right. We can't learn from our mistakes and improve our practices if we don't know that something went wrong.
Disclaimer: Organic farming does not include the use of pesticides or GMOs (among other things), so while we carefully inspect the produce in your order before it goes into your box, sometimes the occasional bruise, teeny-tiny wormhole, or nibble from a hungry bird will sneak past our inspectors. These are natural occurrences in Organic produce and are unlikely to affect the edibility or integrity of your produce. We encourage you to please taste your produce before you judge it by its looks!

Home Delivery Basics
Do you deliver to me?
To see if you’re within our delivery area, click here! We periodically make changes to our available delivery areas, so entering your address here is the fastest way to determine whether we’ll be able to deliver your order to you.
If you’re within our delivery area, you’ll receive a pop-up message that confirms we’ll deliver to you. If not, the pop-up will inform you that you are outside of our delivery area and you will need to select a pick-up location instead. To see if there is a pick-up location in your area, simply switch your Delivery selection to Pick-Up to view the map of pick-up locations. Select the one that works best for you!
While you do not need to set up a member account with us to browse or price-shop through our website, you will need an account to finalize an order when you're ready. Aside from that one small additional step, ordering from our online store might just be the easiest thing you do all day! Place a Recurring Order for staple items on a weekly or biweekly schedule, place a one-time order, or order whenever you need! It's up to you!
We find that the easiest place to start shopping is from the Upcoming Deliveries page. From here, you can see all delivery days and weeks that are available to you. Click “My Account”, then “Upcoming Deliveries” Find the date that you'd like to place an order for and click on Add Products for that date. As you shop, our website will remember your selection and automatically add items to your cart for that date.
Alternatively, if you start shopping without choosing a delivery day first, each item on our website will have some or all the following ordering options available for you to choose from:
ONE-TIME: Places a one-time order on any delivery day/week you select!
THIS WEEK: Places a one-time order. Automatically places your order for this week if you have not passed your cut-off time. If multiple delivery days are available for you, you must select which day you'd like to receive your order, otherwise, your order will default to the soonest available delivery day.
NEXT WEEK: Places a one-time order. Default option if placing an order after your cut-time. If multiple delivery days are available for you, you must select which day you'd like to receive your order, otherwise, your order will default to the soonest available delivery day.
TWO WEEKS OUT: Most items are available to add two weeks out, but be sure to log back into the website before your deadline time/date to see what new items there may be.
THREE WEEKS OUT: Again most items are available, but be sure to log back into the website before your deadline time/date to see what new items there may be.
If produce or other items are displayed as being unavailable on the site, it is because your cut-off time for placing an order for the current week has passed or the availability of these products has not yet been updated for the upcoming week. We will update the availability of these items on Thursdays after 5 PM before the upcoming week. All Harvest Box options for the upcoming week are updated every Thursday at 5 PM.
If you would like to set up a recurring order for let’s, say a harvest box or something as simple as milk and eggs you can add this to your account on a weekly or biweekly basis.
After logging in click “My Account” and then click “RECURRING ITEMS”. Then click the SHOP PRODUCTS button. Browse the website to see what items you want on replay. When you are ready to set up a recurring item before you click ADD TO DELIVERY, enter the quantity, and select the Frequency to either Every Week or Every Other Week. Then a drop-down menu of dates will pop up and choose what day you want to start the delivery for that recurring item.
EVERY WEEK: Not available for all items, places a recurring weekly order starting on the date you select, or will otherwise default to beginning on the soonest available delivery day.
EVERY OTHER WEEK: Not available for all items, places a recurring bi-weekly order starting on the date you select, or will otherwise default to beginning on the soonest available delivery day.
You must cancel your order online before your cut-off time using one of the following methods:
To cancel an individual order, login and click your green Cart. Click on the upcoming order you'd like to cancel. When the new screen populates, you can select individual items you'd like to cancel by clicking the X next to those items until your cart is empty. Or click “My Account” then “Upcoming Deliveries” and next to the desired date click "Skip Delivery” to cancel your order for that delivery day.
To cancel a recurring order, login and click “My Account” and then click “Recurring Items.” Select the X next to items you want to delete, or click “REMOVE ALL” to remove all items from your recurring order. Click “UPDATE ORDER” to save these changes.
To cancel multiple orders, login and click "My Account" and then click “Delivery Hold” or “Vacations” from the drop-down menu on My Account. Enter your leave and return dates. You will not receive any orders as of your start date and through the end date. You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and go to “My Account” then click “Recurring Items”, and change the "Next Delivery Date" for each item to the next date you'd like to receive an order. You will not receive orders until that date.
Call us at 505-681-4060 and we can cancel orders for you as well. The charges may have already been incurred- if this happens prior to you canceling there will be a credit for the order to your account that will be reflected towards your next order with us.

You can begin customizing harvest boxes for upcoming weeks' deliveries beginning after 5:00 PM on Thursday evenings. If you have added a harvest box to your shopping bag for an upcoming week, you will not be able to see what products will be defaulted or be able to customize the contents until after 5:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the following weeks' delivery. A clear indication that you are early to customizing a box for an upcoming week is that within this waiting time, a harvest box added to your shopping bag will populate as $0.00.
Once past 5:00 PM on Thursday, our Harvest boxes will reflect their base box price. Select your shopping bag and your harvest box will read the size and select the orange "customize box" button. A new page will appear with the entirety of the available box contents as well as an itemized list of items that have been defaulted to your selected box.
To the right of this page, you will see all pre-selected items that are being defaulted within the harvest box. Use the small black "x" to the right of each product description to remove defaulted items that you do not want. Once you have cleared items you don’t want, you can begin adding items by scrolling through our selections.
NEW! - To simplify and improve the shopping experience of our members, All Harvest boxes have been changed to be unlimited in how many items you wish to add (or subtract). You can keep track of your total box price as you are adding products by scrolling to the end of your itemized list.
Once your harvest box is complete with customization, scroll to the very end of your itemized list of products. Be sure to select “VIEW ORDER”. Once this is selected a new page will appear with a large black print with the following "THANK YOU Your order has been processed and accepted". Just below a reflected invoice should appear with your product selections and an ending order total. This page indicates that your order has been saved properly in our system. From this page you are still able to continue shopping our website for any add on's desired.
You are free to revisit your harvest box and make changes up until your routes cut-off time. If you make any further changes to an order, continue to save, and check out each time you log in to make a change.

To update your delivery or billing address login and click “My Account” and then click “Account Info”. To the right of Personal Info, indicate whether you still want delivery or choose a pickup location. For delivery option enter in your new address and click UPDATE in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
If you need to update your credit card payment you can either call us at 505-681-4060 and we can update that information for you, or you can simply just login to our website.
After you login click “My Account” and then click “Account Info”. Scroll down and under Payment Info click “Edit Details”. When finished click UPDATE in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
To use your gift certificate, you must set up an account with us. This includes adding your credit card information. If you do not go over your gift certificate amount, the card on file will not be charged. If you do go over the gift card amount the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. After you sign up for an account, make an order, and copy and paste, the code from the gift certificate email (it’ll look something like this GC01A23B4567C8910D1) in the field that says, “Add Discount” on the right-hand side column when your cart is open and click “APPLY” and that’s it! The credit for this will be added to your account and you do not need to enter it in every time. This credit will stay on your account until it has been completely used.
Add any other coupon codes in the field that says, “Add Discount” on the right-hand side column when your cart is open and click “APPLY”.
If you used to have an account with us that has either been canceled or deactivated, you will not be able to log in using your old email/credentials. Please contact us so we can check our system to see if your account is still exists in our system and reactivate it if it has been deactivated. If you know that your old account was canceled or it has been longer than 6 months, you can create a new account. Just be sure that you use an email that is different from the one you used in the past, as our system will not allow any past emails to be used more than once.
