Herb Stuffing Mix 8 oz.
Vegetable Broth 8 fl. oz.
Onion 1 ea.
Carrots 2 ea.
Celery Stalk 2 ea.
Butter, or your favorite cooking oil 2 tablespoons
Dice the onions carrots and celery. Pre-heat your oven to 350°f. Place a shallow sauté pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the butter or your favorite cooking oil and the onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the dry stuffing mix and stir and toast the mix for 2-3 minutes until all the oil is absorbed and the stuffing is lightly golden brown. Stir in the vegetable broth and one cup of water. Place the stuffing in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the top of the stuffing is crispy and golden brown. Allow the stuffing to cool for 5 minutes and serve and enjoy!
