15 oz. Ramen Noodles

Green onions


Bring a medium-sized pot of water with ¾ tsp salt to a boil. Chop the tofu and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Chop Bok Choy (stems included) into large chunks. In a heavy sauté pan over medium-high, cook the Carrots and Bok Choy in olive oil for 5 - 7 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and Ramen Broth. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Add Ramen Noodles to the pot of boiling water. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes or until tender. Drain noodles and add to sauté pan with meat and veggies. Remove from heat. Serve topped with chopped green onions.

Suggested add-ons: Fresh basil and other soft herbs, soft poached egg, sliced radishes, nori strips.
