Our Sap house is nestled in a small town in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. During the 70s and 80s syrup was made as a hobby and production on a larger scale started in 1991. We are very proud to again be producing maple products utilizing the same sap bushes my Grandfather did in the 40s and 50s. We currently have 3000 taps on vacuum and are working to increase that number.
