Boneless Turkey Breast Netted Roast Roasting Instructions

Pre-Heat Oven to 325ºF

Remove turkey from white outer package only.

Do not remove the turkey from netting.

With the netting on, place the boneless roast in an open roasting pan.

Cover the bottom of the pan with one cup of water or broth.
To Store: Refrigerate immediately.
To Fry: For best results, place bacon in an unheated skillet. Cook over MEDIUM LOW heat. Turn frequently until desired crispness is attained. (You'll notice less shrinkage than with other brands.)
Oven-Baked: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place slices close together on a rimmed baking sheet (the rim prevents grease from dripping on the oven's heating elements). For the easiest cleanup, place parchment paper on the sheet prior to placing bacon (make sure paper doesn't hang over the edges of the baking sheet). Bake 20 minutes or until desired crispness. There is no need to turn bacon during cooking. Place bacon on paper toweling to drain.
